When you choose Hye Cemetery Brokers Inc. to represent you as your cemetery broker, with your authorization, we will verify your property and ownership with the cemetery where your plot is located and prepare all necessary documents to list your cemetery plot for sale. We will handle the entire process from listing to final sale, deed transfer, and make sure all funds are received by seller.

Property listing fees

Our listing fee is $250 per plot and payable only after we sell your listed cemetery plot.
Listing fees may vary and may be negotiable if inconsistencies are present in seller’s paperwork such as missing documents (excluding lost deeds), court orders, wills and trusts, which requires longer preparation time and sometimes legal assistance by an attorney.
