Buyback / Fast Sale

On select occasions, and only after an internal review, we may offer to purchase a seller’s interment right (burial plot) for our inventory. This option is designed for speed and simplicity, and is not guaranteed. A non-binding eligibility review is required. We are an independent, California-licensed & bonded cemetery broker.

Who May Qualify

Within our current service regions and fitting our inventory mix. Clear, verifiable ownership and seller identity (IDs, deeds, rights documentation). Cemetery must permit private resales and process transfers to us.

No outstanding balances, liens, disputes, or restrictions that block transfer. Marketability (section type, timing, historical demand). Internal capacity, budget, and compliance review required.

Purchase agreement

Only a written Buy–Sell Agreement signed by both parties creates any obligation.

Cemetery approval & closing

Transfer and recording occur with the cemetery office; funds released per agreement.

Cemetery rules and applicable law control All purchases depend on cemetery transfer approval, cemetery requirements, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Seller Representations (for Any Buy–Sell Agreement)

Seller is the lawful owner of the interment right and has full authority to sell. The interment right is transferable and eligible for private resale under cemetery rules.

All information provided is true, accurate, and complete; no undisclosed liens or disputes exist.

Seller will provide all documentation and consents necessary to complete the transfer. Seller understands valuations are preliminary until due diligence and final contract.

When We Will Not Purchase

  • Cemetery prohibits private resales or refuses transfers to us.
  • Ownership or title issues, heirs’ disputes, or unpaid balances.
  • Outside our inventory parameters, budget, or market demand.
  • Missing documents or material misrepresentations.
